Ordering Requirements All orders must be paid for in full before any order will be shipped. Animal prices do not include the shipping costs or the box charge. All deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot produce the animal(s) requested. The refund shall be in the form of a cash voucher redeemable for any other animal(s) which we have in stock. No cash refunds will be given. Buyer agrees to pay all the cost of the animal, shipping and handling, and box charges. We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal and business checks, and cash. Please note that any order paid for by cashier's check, personal check, or business check will be delayed by ten business days to allow for the check to clear the banks. If a trade arrangement is worked out each party agrees to pay for the cost of shipping the animal(s) that were originally in their possession. We guarantee live arrival on all animals except for imported baby ball pythons and any amphibians, invertebrates or arachnids. No live arrival guarantees on shipments that are delayed or mishandled by the carrier, nor on any sent to destinations below 40(f) or above 89(f). Any claims for doa animals must be made within thirty minutes of arrival, and the doa animal(s) must be returned to us at buyers expense. Buyer also agrees to pay any additional shipping fees for the replacement animal. All animal prices, guarantees, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. |
